The VISION House Seattle Cascades builder is psyched at the opportunity to design and optimize around SIPS.

SIPs (structural insulated panels) can span full length of the house’s 12:12 roof pitches, reducing internal supports. This allowed the team to use the attic space for livable space, including bedrooms.

The VISION House Seattle Cascades project brings together the greatest minds in the building industry to redefine what it means to build green homes in today’s marketplace. The home will serve as a simple, replicable application of innovative design, progressive building science, and thoughtful green building that professionals and homeowners can follow throughout the nation.
