This new home created in partnership with Alair Homes and Alair Asheville | Red Tree represents an evolved vision for resilient, wellness-focused housing. Located in Asheville, N.C.'s Beaverdam community, the project brings together high-performance building science, climate-ready design, and wellness architecture in a custom home designed for long-term value.

Built in a region deeply impacted by Hurricane Helene, VISION House Asheville demonstrates how homes can be designed to withstand increasing climate challenges while enhancing health, comfort, and affordability. Advanced building envelope systems, solar and energy storage, smart home technology, healthy materials, superior indoor air quality, and durable, low-maintenance products work together to create a home that performs as beautifully as it lives.
