    TimberTech is elevating the home’s outdoor living with a cohesive system that pairs premium looks with long-term resilience. Their Vintage Collection Advanced PVC Decking delivers a high-end hardwood aesthetic without the maintenance, and features Cool Touch Technology in Weathered Teak to help it stay noticeably cooler in the sun, and is made with up to 65% recycled material while meeting fire-conscious standards like WUI compliance and Class A flame spread. To complete the build, TimberTech Aluminum Framing provides a strong, corrosion-resistant, noncombustible foundation for a flatter, longer-lasting deck, and Impression Rail Express Railing adds sleek sight lines and durable powder-coated aluminum style with an installation-friendly panelized design.

From SmartKey Security re-key technology that lets homeowners reset their locks in seconds to connected smart locks that support keyless entry, remote locking/unlocking, and smart-home integration, the system will help deliver seamless, secure access throughout the home.

    JinkoSolar panels will help power VISION House Asheville with high-efficiency PV technology designed to maximize energy production. JinkoSolar’s EAGLE® Residential Modules will be featured in the project. These sleek, all-black solar panels are designed to seamlessly integrate with modern homes. The high-efficiency cells ensure optimal energy production, even in low-light conditions. Built to withstand various environmental factors, the EAGLE modules offer durability and reliable performance over time, helping to reduce energy costs and enhancing curb appeal.

    Phyn is bringing whole-home water intelligence to VISION House Asheville to help homeowners catch problems early, prevent damage, and understand exactly how water is being used. The Phyn Plus Smart Water Assistant + Shutoff monitors the home’s plumbing using high-definition pressure wave analysis and can automatically shut off the water when a leak is detected.

    To round out the system, Phyn Smart Water Sensors can be placed near high-risk areas (think sinks, toilets, laundry, and mechanical rooms) to trigger app/SMS alerts, an audible alarm, and monitoring for humidity and freeze conditions.

Integrated with the JinkoSolar solar system, Savant will help homeowners monitor and manage energy use, optimize clean power from the solar array, and control key systems throughout the home with ease. From lighting and comfort to energy visibility and backup power coordination, Savant adds a layer of intelligence that supports convenience, resilience, and a more connected living experience.
