The VISION House Hickory Grove, a 16-unit prefab, multifamily, workforce housing project, features Knauf’s EcoBatt and Performance+ insulation products to deliver the thermal comfort and sound dampening needed to drown out conversations and TV noise from unit to unit.
In a recent interview, Shane Dickson, East Regional Business Manager for Knauf, walked us through why what’s inside the walls matters more than most people realize, and how the choices here support the project’s net-zero and healthy home goals without complicating the offsite construction.
