Webinar: The Future of Comfort at Home

Alan Laing speaks on a novel HVAC system to meet energy codes and efficiently meet homeowner needs.

Watch this recorded webinar on what high performance HVAC systems can do for your home. Alan Laing, 40-year homebuilding veteran and former EVP of Homebuilding Operations for national builder Taylor Morrison, explores how high performance HVAC systems impact energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and comfort.

Laing delves into Rheia, a novel HVAC engineered distribution system designed to meet today’s and tomorrow’s energy codes, reduce builders’ cycle time, and cost-effectively move ducts to conditioned space.

This new system, already in use by production builders like Lennar, Pulte, Beazer, Taylor Morrison, and DR Horton, reduces cooling tonnage, increases the opportunity to access Federal/state tax credits and local incentives, and reduces waste.
