Jim Folkman has more than 45 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industries. He served as executive director of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico for 21 years; helped found and currently serves as the president and executive director of The Foundation for Building; co-founded and was editor of SuCasa; and helped create several residential green building programs.
