In this webinar, industry experts explore the nexus between high-performance systems and home certification and how it positively impacts home values and homeowner comfort.
Home-building standards are rapidly shifting, and efficiency and electrification technologies are growing exponentially.
Home certification is also rising as a multi-pathway approach to ensuring that a building’s systems work together to optimize energy efficiency.
Esteemed industry experts Alan Machuga, CTO of Rheem, and Cynthia Adams, CEO of Pearl Certification, discuss how to leverage emerging technologies and home certification to design and construct high-performance, electric, healthy, connected, solar-powered homes that enhance homeowner value and comfort.
The presenters highlight Machuga’s own home a living laboratory for advanced energy-efficient technologies, as well as Machuga’s experience working with Pearl Certification to understand the probable ROI of products and systems, ensuring that the home was valued properly by appraisers and realtors, reducing long-term maintenance needs, and augmenting resale value.
