Rheem is providing Professional Prestige ProTerra Hybrid Electric Heat Pump Water Heaters for the project. These water heaters deliver exceptional efficiency by utilizing refrigerant technology to draw heat from ambient air and heat water to achieve up to a 4.07 UEF and reduce energy usage by approximately 75% (when compared to standard electric models.) Integrated Wi‑Fi and EcoNet compatibility enable remote monitoring, scheduling, and demand‑response participation.
