Broan Nu-Tone:

At the ReVISION House Scottsdale, Broan-NuTone supplied the ventilation and filtration needed to create a healthier home. The Broan AI Series energy recovery ventilation (ERV) is capable of up to 75% energy recovery efficiency, meaning it will take significantly less energy to heat and cool the house while filtering the incoming air with MERV 13 filters.

This unique ERV fan also includes VIRTUO Air Technology, which is specifically designed to provide fresh air in any season and installation climate. Easy installation combined with auto-balancing means fresh, filtered, comfortable air without the need for specialized measurement tools or added installation time.

The SurfaceShield Fan/Light with Vyv Antibacterial Light Technology exhaust fans in the bathroom are equipped with an antimicrobial light that prevents the growth of bacteria and mold with the flip of a switch.

Lastly, the CPD9M Series range hood by Best features a 28-inch depth for even greater capture. The 1200 Max Blower CFM (model P12NA sold separately) ensures this Series will handle the heat and smoke.

DuPont:

The home dons DuPont’s complete system, from the roofing membranes to the foundation, including Tyvek DrainWrap, Tyvek Flashing Tape, Fortasun Sealants and Thermax polyiso foam board for continuous exterior insulation. These products work together to establish durable protection from water and air infiltration for years to come. At The Sonders Project, Phyn is providing the Phyn Plus smart water assistant. As a company, Phyn acknowledges the increasing stress placed on our world's water supply and the damage water can do to homes. The product senses water flow with the high-definition pressure wave flow sensor and reports any abnormalities. It will detect leaks, automatically shut off water, and send alerts to a smartphone with the Phyn app. The system will also track water usage down to the hour and even delineate the use for each fixture, helping bring awareness to excessive water usage.

At The Sonders Project, many homeowners are expected to be frequently traveling and away from home. Phyn Plus will tell you when pipes are starting to freeze through the app so you can take action and prevent a pipe burst. Forever Lawn:

Easley and Raterman wanted the look of natural grass without the intense water usage it requires in the Scottsdale area. So, ForeverLawn’s synthetic turf was the perfect option for the home.

ForeverLawn Select HD is a premium synthetic grass with polyethylene primary blades and a nylon thatch layer to provide realism. ForeverLawn products are made using recycled and renewable resources and contribute to LEED certification.

The ForeverLawn Select product line uses a nylon thatch layer (thinner secondary blades) to create a dense product and fill in the spaces between the primary blades. The thatch zone also keeps the infill in place, minimizing migration. This layer has both green and tan blades to add to the natural grass look.

GolfGreens True Putt Augusta is used for the putting green in the backyard. True Putt Augusta is the perfect choice for this home. This grass has two colors to create an appealing appearance. The sand infill creates a realistic roll for golf balls. The product also has a rubberized backing that provides more stability to the green, which allows for better performance.

Mirage Quarziti mirrors natural stone but has the durability of porcelain. Porcelain is inherently stain and scratch-resistant. And cleaning is the only maintenance required to keep your outdoor space looking beautiful for years.

Techniseal Poly Sand is the last piece of the system for Interlocking Pavers. Poly Sand provides a durable, long-lasting option to conventional joint sand. Since the pavers can be sand set, there’s no need to pour concrete that ultimately cracks–meaning they can be moved and reused as desired over and over again.

All the products they supply are water-wise, meaning this coveted and limited resource can be better used for native vegetation.

Rachio:
