CR Herro: As EVP Operations for Bettr Homes, C.R. Herro leads Business Innovation, which combines design, efficiency, sustainability, and new technologies to establish a new standard in home building that provides better comfort, healthier air, and costs less to own and operate.

C.R. has spent 20 years within Fortune 500 companies driving innovation and supporting change management. He is on the RESNET ANSI Standard Development Committee, technical committee for the Leading Builders of America, and is an active member in the Housing Innovation Alliance. C.R. speaks nationally to advance the industry, regulations, and associated stakeholders in adopting credible improvements to the function, performance, and value of new homes.

C.R. earned a Bachelor's of Science at Arizona State University in Physical and Life Science, Master's in Environmental Science from Governors State, Master's in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Master's in Philosophy from Arizona State University.

Ron Jones: Internationally renowned as one of the pioneers of the green building movement, Jones has been a national award-winning green builder for over 30 years. He enjoys a distinguished record of industry service and advocacy at local, state, national and international levels, participating in the development of numbers green building codes, programs, standards, and national policy. He is President of Green Builder Media, the leading media company in North America focused on green building and sustainable living.

Stace McGee: Stace McGee has been helping clients design their dream buildings for 20 years. McGee uses his expertise in building science to integrate systems, ensuring that buildings perform to their maximum potential. He is the Founder of Environmental Dynamics, a nationally acclaimed architecture firm that provides architectural and design service throughout the United States, Caribbean, and Asian markets. A passionate advocate for green building and USGBC faculty member and LEED Fellow, he regularly presents at national and international events.
