Each stone placed by hand

ProVia manufactured stone is crafted with care and attention to detail, and we work diligently to make sure it arrives on the job in the same condition it left our facility.

We place stones by hand in wax-coated corrugated boxes, and slip-sheet each row for added protection. The sheets protect the stones from chipping, and the boxes are jobsite tough and moisture resistant to endure weathering when stored outdoors.

Containers are stacked and tightly shrink-wrapped to prevent chipping during loading and in transit.

Our stone ships in days

While our packaging process is meticulous, we’re still able to ship our stone in days, not weeks. The production line in our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is a well-oiled machine, allowing ProVia to capably produce high volumes of stone.
