Ron Jones: You know, when we when we talk about fenestration, oftentimes we just think about windows. And that's a very important component. But fenestration also includes the other penetrations which are doors, the three hour fire doors those came from. And wow, they they are incredible. The security and the solid silence that you feel from those. Think about it, that that door to the outside is the first line of security for your safety and for your comfort.

Ron Jones: And I don't know how we could have done better than those products. The other one that gets overlooked as being critically important, and we have them everywhere, our garage doors. And we were fortunate to secure an amazing garage door structure from Klopp. It's rated for 100 mile an hour wind load, and it's got an AR 15 R value and it snug up so nice and tight and beautiful that it doesn't detract at all from the esthetic of the building.

Ron Jones: It it actually enhances it. And so we were able to enjoy a phenomenal performance. The garage is heated, but even when there is no heat turned on and it's degrees outside, I have never seen the thermometer go below 44 degrees in there. And part of that is because of the building envelope in general, but part of it is because of that amazing garage door.
