Dennis Michaud: It comes from automated quality control as well. So actually being able to inspect in real time every aspect of the build. They are complying with the latest IRS as well as local building codes in the jurisdiction. And typically, if we're building to the latest Iirc, that's going to be at or above a local building code. However, we do look at specificity like stretch code in certain areas.

Matt Power: What would you say when when builders are first exploring offsite construction? What are what's the common misconception.

Dennis Michaud: From a builder perspective? Offsite is not a different kind of building. So modular penalized construction is built to the same codes, sometimes beyond those codes, in order to allow durability and transportation.

And then, you know, at that point, once the permit is granted, you're digging the hole you're putting in the foundation. Once that foundation is ready, we come. We're delivering the panels to your job site. We're responsible for assembling the panels onto your foundation.
