Ron Jones: When we started thinking about the indoor appliances. Kitchen appliances, entertaining appliances. And we thought about cooking and refrigeration and washing and drying and dishwashing. There really wasn't any question where we were going to go first. And that's the folks at whirlpool. And part of the reason is because they have such a range and suite of products that they can satisfy any budget and any level of demand that you might have as a consumer.

So in the Iris studio, for example, we have a wonderful galley kitchen, completely equipped microwave combo, freestanding oven range dishwasher, full size refrigerator, all from Amana. And that would be an entry level that almost any homeowner home buyer, first time home buyer would be delighted with. In the Atrium Duet, we have a combination because we have two full kitchens for the hospitality units there.

Ron Jones: And again they include refrigeration, freestanding ranges with double ovens, dishwashers and a washer and dryer that shared by the entire compound. Microwaves with ventilation systems. And we went with the whirlpool line, which is standard standard of the industry. Beautiful appliances that anybody would be proud to have in the Aspen cabin. We actually were delighted that they wanted us to demonstrate KitchenAid.

Ron Jones: And so we have these magnificent stainless steel sets again, dishwasher, microwave combo, double oven range and refrigeration, refrigerator, freezer, double door, French door. Beautiful. And so that gives us a touch of luxury that really lends itself to the kind of style that we wanted in this magnificent little building. And then finally back to the atrium. We have an entertainment area, a common space that connects groups from the inside to the outside, and that wonderful hospitality deck.

Ron Jones: And in there, they wanted us to demonstrate their very top of the line gen air. And so we have general appliances in there, and that includes a large capacity microwave for quick turnaround on goodies and full size beverage center. And then then we have a dishwashing capacity in there as well. Now all of those spaces are wet areas.

Ron Jones: And when we think about fixtures for the interior, we think about plumbing. We just think about color. Color is the standard of the industry there first and second. So all of our kitchens feature these beautiful stainless steel sinks. State of the art control devices, faucets and our bathrooms. Our absolute luxury with color components that include our tub and showers.

Ron Jones: All of the faucets and hardware, low flow toilets, and all of the accessories that are part of the suite of color design that sort of ties everything together and unifies it in such a way that it speaks a language through your entire home. So we wanted to be sure that we did that, and we accomplished that beautifully.
