These polymer composite tiles are made in the U.S., created with molds made from real slate. The irregular edges on these 12” tiles mimic the real thing, but because they’re lighter, they’re ideal for re-roofs or buildings not designed to bear heavier, authentic slate tile. Aledora can also be nailed by hand or nail gun. These durable, strong tiles enjoy a Class A fire rating, 110-mph wind uplift rating, Class 4 impact rating and an industry-leading limited lifetime warranty.
