A report from WMTW says hundreds of Maine customers are reporting increases of more than 100 percent in their electricity bills. CMP is owned by Avangrid, a subsidiary of Iberdrola, a Spanish public multinational electric utility company based in Bilbao, Basque Country, They own utilities in 27 U.S. States.
