Designed to adjust to extreme air pressure differences, these “tilt-and-turn” windows raise the sash for North American-made products.tilt and turn

Ron Jones, President of Green Builder Media, has nothing but good things to say about Euroline Windows. He’s been installing them at Mariposa Meadows, a VISION HOUSE project located in the high country of central Colorado, not far from the tiny town of Lake City.

“What makes these windows special is they’re built in the Vancouver area at about sea level, then expertly crated and shipped to us for our project at 10,400 feet,” Jones says. “Breather tubes allow adjustment for the extreme difference in air pressure.

“These are extremely high quality windows,” he adds, “We have triple glazed R-10 efficiency, and the stability of inside temps are amazing. Also, they cut out almost all noise from outside.”

For Mariposa Meadows, Jones says, he wanted Euroline products, because they allow for large expanses of glass without sacrificing overall energy performance. And the tilt-and-turn hardware allows for controlled ventilation. “We selected white finish on all three exterior groups. but three different finishes on the interiors,” he adds. “The prefinished exteriors and interiors mean you don’t have to stain or paint or seal--and they are all beautiful.

“We have fixed units, custom shapes, small bathroom and garage windows, all the way up to a four panel 16’ wide by 8’ high patio unit with the two center panels opening,” Jones continues. “Visitors to the site are impressed with these windows, and even moreso when they see how smoothly and flawlessly they operate.”
