After a long career in computer network administration, Robert Bulechek became interested in energy efficiency after hearing lectures by Amory Lovins of the Rocky Mountain Institute, George Denise of Cushman & Wakefield, and numerous scientists speaking about climate change and the need to take aggressive action. He is a RESNET HERS Energy Rater, EPA Energy Star 3 Rater, BPI Building Analyst Pro, BPI Building Envelope Pro, BPI AC & Heat Pump Pro, Energy Efficiency Consultant and a Level I Thermographer.

Paul has been working on the California Central Coast since 1984 and is a licensed architect in California, Nevada, and Alabama. He is past chair and current member of the American Institute of Architects California Council’s Committee on the Environment. Paul is a founding board member of both The Sustainability Project and the Green Building Alliance, two active Santa Barbara based environmental organizations. He is committed to maintaining the architectural beauty of California, while improving the environmental quality and sustainability of our community for future generations. Bruce Hammond | Hammond & Company
Bruce Hammond, LEED AP, is CEO of Hammond & Company, a construction services and development company which builds high quality residential and commercial projects throughout the northern San Francisco Bay Area region. A consistent focus of the company since it’s inception in 1980 has been on identifying and utilizing construction technologies and practices which minimize impact on the environment, with particular emphasis on energy efficiency, resource conservation, durability, and integrated site design. Mr. Hammond was the founding Chairman of the US Green Building Council - Redwood Empire Chapter, and is currently a member of the REC Board of Advisors. He was one of the founding faculty of the yearlong “Green Building Professional Certificate Program” at Sonoma State University where he taught for many years.
